个人简历


宋伟,理学博士,研究员、博士生导师。课题组研究方向:雄性生殖及相关重大疾病(男性不育与肿瘤)的分子机理与转化应用研究。主要应用现代分子生物学与细胞生物学方法,从分子到整体动物水平研究在精子发生的关键过程中表达的编码/长非编码基因的功能,并开展雄性生精障碍的基因治疗研究,为精子发生障碍所导致的不育症诊治和预防提供理论与应用基础。同时,开展“从雄性生殖角度探寻恶性肿瘤原始起源”的研究工作,发现新的肿瘤特异性基因并开展机制与转化研究,为恶性肿瘤的诊断与治疗提供全新靶标与候选药物。
