男,副教授,生于1977年,中共党员,研究生学历,博士学位。2011年6月毕业于电子科技大学,获电磁场与微波技术专业博士学位。2013年4月至2016年8月,电子科技大学博士后。2016年9月至2017年8月,新加坡国立大学访问学者。
