教授,1972年11月生,男,博士(后),成都信息工程大学通信工程学院院长,教授、硕士生导师。2003年3月电子科技大学研究生毕业,获通信与信息系统专业博士学位。先后任职于TCL移动通信有限公司、四川通信科研规划设计有限公司、重庆国虹科技发展有限公司、成都信息工程大学等单位。2005年12月,评为通信工程高级工程师;2007年4月转评为副教授;2011年12月,评为教授。2012年和2014年,分别在双流投资促进局、德阳投资促进局挂职副局长。2012年12月,电子科技大学、成都市高新区联合培养企业博士后出站。研究领域
