男,研究员,生于1971年,中共党员,研究生学历,博士学位。2004年博士期间被聘为中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所助理研究员,2009年被聘为副研究员,2016年被聘为成都信息工程大学研究员。获奖情况青藏高原东缘水汽通道关键区域大气综合监测系统建立与应用 项目曾获甘肃省政府科技进步一等奖研究领域
