男，副教授，生于1984年，中共党员，研究生学历，博士学位。2013年获南京信息工程大学大气遥感科学与技术专业博士学位，2017-2018美国科罗拉多州立大学（Colorado State University）访问学者，《Journal of Atmospheric and Solar-Terrestrial Physics》等期刊审稿人。
