个人简历

男，二级教授，博士生导师，国家自然科学二等奖获得者，四川省学术和技术带头人。2001-2002年在美国俄克拉荷马大学气象系进行合作研究（高级访问学者）。现任成都信息工程大学环境气象与健康研究院常务副院长，曾任教育部大气科学教学指导委员会副主任（2006-2017）；2009年创建中国气象学会医学气象学委员会并一直担任主任委员。
