男，教授，生于1979年，中共党员，研究生学历，博士学位。2001年兰州大学大气科学系获理学学士学位，2006年中国科技大学地球与空间科学学院大气科学专业获理学博士学位，现为成都信息工程大学研究生处处长，大气科学学科硕士生指导教师，中科院大气物理研究所博士生联合指导教师，四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选，四川省气象学会理事。
