个人简历


1971年10月出生于湖南省通道侗族自治县。1990年9月-1994年7月,在中央民族大学物理系获得本科学位;1995年9月-1998年3月,在北京工业大学激光技术实验室从事激光技术及其应用的研究,获得理学硕士学位;1998年4月-2001年3月,在北京交通大学发光与光信息技术教育部重点实验室从事有机电致发光及平板显示技术的研究,获得工学博士学位;2001年5月-2003年3月,在加拿大多伦多大学物理系做博士后研究,从事量子光学的理论和实验工作;2003年4月-2009年7月,加入北京交通大学光电子技术研究所、发光与光信息技术教育部重点实验室,从事光电功能材料与器件方面的教学与科研工作;2009年7月,人才引进到北京理工大学纳米光子学材料与技术实验室、纳米光子学与超精密光电系统北京市重点实验室,从事纳米光子学材料与器件的研究;2010年5月~2011年1月,在德国达姆斯达特工业大学做访问学者,从事新型发光晶体管的研究。工作经历 1994.07-1995.08,湖南省电子工业学校,讲师; 1995.09-1998.03,北京工业大学北京市激光技术实验室,硕士研究生; 1998.04-2001.03,北京交通大学光电子技术研究所,博士研究生; 2001.05-2003.03,多伦多大学物理系,博士后研究人员; 2003.04-2009.07,北京交通大学发光与光信息技术教育部重点实验室,副教授,博士生导师; 2009.07-至今,北京理工大学纳米光子学与超精密光电系统北京市重点实验室,教授,博士生导师; 2010.05-2011.01 德国TU-Darmstadt材料科学研究所,访问学者。

研究领域


(1)光电探测器(Photodetectors):基于纳米光子学材料(如量子点和纳米线)的红外、可见光及紫外光电探测器的应用基础研究;(2)太阳电池(Solar cells):基于有机、无机光电功能材料及纳米光子学材料的太阳电池应用基础研究;(3)发光二极管(Light-emitting diodes):基于有机、无机光电功能材料及纳米光电材料的发光二极管(LED)、发光晶体管(LET)的应用基础研究。
