个人简历 2005年毕业于中国科学院物理研究所，获理学博士学位。 2005-2008在清华大学从事博士后研究。 工作经历 2008年6月起在北京理工大学工作，2010年8月起为物理学院副教授，现兼任原子分子簇科学教育部重点实验室副主任。

研究领域

薄膜的生长机理与物性研究；低维材料与器件及其应用中的物理问题。
