【教育与工作简历】 1981-1985，北京钢铁学院，本科 1985-1988，北京科技大学，硕士 1988-1993，武汉科技大学，工作 1993-1998，北京科技大学，博士并进行博士后研究工作 1998-今，北京科技大学，工作 1998年起历任副教授、教授 其中，1999年在瑞典北欧冶金实验中心访问学者进行合作研究。
