个人简历

北京大学心血管研究所副所长，教育部重点实验室主任助理。心血管代谢与蛋白质组学研究室主任，研究员，博士生导师，专业为病理生理学。本科毕业于北京师范大学化学系，本科毕业后进入中国科学院感光化学所工作，2000年进入全美第二大医院（心脏科第一）的美国克利夫兰医院（Cleveland Clinic）攻读临床生物分析化学博士。博士毕业后留克利夫兰医院所属生物医学公司工作。2007年作为“985”引进人才进入北京大学心血管所担任副教授、研究室主任；2014年担任博士生导师；2015担任北京大学基础医学院研究员，博士生导师，研究室主任；2018年担任心血管研究所副所长，教育部重点实验室主任助理。担任中国脂质与脂蛋白专业委员会青年副主任委员，中国研究型医院协会心血管循证和精准医学专业委员会副主任委员，中国心胸血管麻醉学会精准医学分会副秘书长，北京生理协会血管分会脂质代谢组组长。担任Cardiovascular Drugs and Therapy, Cardiovascular & Hematological Disorders - Drug Targets, Lipid &Cardiovascular Research, 《中国心血管病研究》等杂志编委；Circulation, Diabetologia, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, FASEB Journal, British Journal of Pharmacology, Free Radical Biology and Medicine, Cardiovascular Diabetology, International Journal of Nanomedicine等杂志审稿人。

研究领域

脂蛋白，脂质，与血管功能研究。研究心脑血管疾病，糖尿病等疾病状态下三者相互关系。脂蛋白研究重点为高密度脂蛋白（HDL）相关通路生理与病生理功能。
血管功能包括心血管，脑血管，以及肿瘤内血管研究，特别是内皮功能研究。通过蛋白质组学与代谢组学技术来研究动脉粥样硬化等疾病中的重要标志物及其功能，包括蛋白质，代谢物，以及细胞外囊泡与外泌体对血管功能影响。
结合新材料技术研究在心脑血管功能方面的应用，包括治疗与体外诊断技术的应用与研发。结合纳米微粒对炎症细胞等进行标记与药物运输。
