个人简历
北京大学医学部基础医学院生理学与病生理学系特聘研究员、教育部分子心血管重点实验室独立研究员(PI)。2006年6月在重庆大学生物工程学院获博士学位后,先后在中国科学院上海生命科学研究院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所、台湾卫生研究院医学工程研究组、美国加州大学圣地牙哥分校医学与工程研究所任博士后研究员,自2011年7月在加州大学圣地牙哥分校医学与工程研究所任助理项目科学家。从事血管内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞中的力学信号转导及血管功能的表观遗传调控研究,其研究目标是深化对血管稳态的力学调控和血管疾病发生机理的理解,并为以血管功能紊乱为共性表现的心血管疾病的防治提供新型生物标靶和诊疗策略。发表SCI收录论文三十篇(Proc Natl Acad Sci USA、Circ Res、Biomaterials、Nucl Acids Res等)。担任了中国生物医学工程学会生物力学专业委员会委员、中国生理学会基质生物学专业委员会委员、中国生物物理学会单分子生物学分会理事等学术兼职。是2015年基金委“优青”获得者,其研究工作得到了5项国家/北京市自然科学基金的资助。研究领域
对一系列模拟不同胞外力学微环境(如血流剪切力和牵张力,基质刚度与几何约束等)的在体和离体模型系统的开发和应用;利用这些模型研究血管细胞机械信号转导、基因表达的表观遗传调控、细胞分化与命运决定;血管生理学和病理生理学研究,尤其是动脉硬化的病理发生机制等。近期论文
