个人简历


仲为国,哲学博士(战略市场营销),“北大光华—日出东方”青年学者。仲为国教授的近50篇研究作品发表在多种国际和国内著名学术期刊上,包括顶尖学术期刊美国管理学会会刊《Academy of Management Journal》和国际化研究顶尖期刊《Journal of International Business Studies》。2018年出版《负责任的管理研究:哲学与实践》(北京大学出版社),《人类幸福的政治经济学》(译著,北京大学出版社),2016年出版《China's Innovation Challenge》(剑桥大学出版社),2007年出版《从引进到创新》。同时,他还主持国家及省部级科研项目10余项,重点项目1项,获得众多国际和省部级科研成果奖励,如美国管理学会最佳会议论文奖(2次),Emerald/IACMR中国管理研究卓越奖(2次)、Emerald/IACMR中国管理研究高度赞扬奖,江苏省哲学社会科学优秀成果一等奖等。
仲为国教授为光华管理学院本科、硕士、博士、MBA、ExED、EMBA、DBA等讲授数字化转型与企业创新战略、管理学原理、战略管理、产业演化与企业创新、管理研究哲学、以及高级战略管理等课程。作为主要教学老师,仲为国教授还参与创建并培训了全国首届“管理研究哲学师资培训班”。研究和教学之外,仲为国教授积极参与实践咨询,是国务院发展研究中心创新研究专家,所撰写的关于全国企业创新的系列调研报告,多次获党和国家领导人批示。同时,他还建立“北大光华—江苏创新战略研究院”,担任多家企业独立董事职务,并咨询和服务过多家中央和民营企业、地方政府和国企、以及外资企业。
