个人简历
1980-1985年7月，本科毕业于北京医科大学药学院药物化学专业，获理学学士学位；1989年12月研究生毕业于北京医科大学药学院药物化学专业，获理学博士学位，留校任教；1990年任北京医科大学药学院药物化学系讲师；1993-1994年赴日本德岛大学药学部访学；1994年任北京医科大学药学院药物化学系副教授，硕士生导师；1995-1996年赴美国加利福尼亚大学旧金山分校访学；1997年任北京医科大学药学院药物化学系副主任；2002年任北京大学药学院药物化学系教授，博士生导师；2009年12月任北京大学药学院副院长；2010年6月任北京大学药学院党委书记。
研究领域
蛋白酶抑制剂类抗老年痴呆药物和抗肿瘤药物研究；激酶抑制剂类抗病毒药物和抗肿瘤药物研究；药物设计、药物合成及构效关系研究；拟肽类和肽核酸类组合合成方法学研究。
