简介 本实验室主要兴趣在于: 系统与进化植物学:运用宏观至微观生物学的手段,通过对基因到表型、个体到群体多个层次上遗传变异式样及其成因的综合分析,研究植物类群的起源、分化和散布,探讨它们现代地理分布格局的成因,揭示植物类群的进化历史及其系统发育关系。 植物居群生物学和保护遗传学:以植物的居群/种群为研究对象,利用群体遗传学的原理和方法,研究目标植物的居群遗传结构、时空动态变化及其成因;探讨物种形成的式样和机制;研究植物遗传多样性产生、维持和丧失的原因和机制,建立多样性保护和利用的理论基础和技术体系。 植物演化发育生物学:通过对植物演化过程中关键创新性性状及其相关基因和表达调控网络的研究,推动对植物表型演化机制和多样性起源的探索。研究领域
