主要开展抗粘附多价寡糖及糖-肽杂合物的合成研究, 设计合成了结构多样的多价寡糖及糖-肽杂合物,其中四价乳糖Gu-4具有良好的抗白细胞-内皮细胞粘附活性,作为药物候选分子在对大鼠的重症烧伤休克、脓毒症及关节炎的治疗中已显示了良好的效果。近期论文
