个人简历


李川昀,2009年获北京大学理学博士学位,曾在美国NIH从事复杂疾病研究,2011年在北京大学建立实验室,任研究室主任,博士生导师;2019年通过北京大学终身评估。国家“优秀青年科学基金”获得者。研究主要运用恒河猴作为人类近缘模式动物的优势,开展人类演化与代谢疾病分子机制研究。近年来将前沿的生物信息学方法、分子演化理论和功能基因组学策略引入非人灵长类研究领域,在探究人类特异基因与调控的起源规律,揭示重大代谢疾病新靶点等方面研究中取得突出成果。发表SCI论文36篇,其中作为通讯或共同通讯作者,在PNAS、Circulation Research、Genome Biology、Nature Communications等学术期刊发表论文13篇。曾获“贝时璋青年生物物理学家奖”等奖项,指导的博士生获“吴瑞奖”、入选国家“博新计划”等。多次受邀进行学术报告,担任中国动物学会灵长类学分会理事、中国实验动物学会灵长类专业委员会常务委员、中国生命电子学会委员等学术兼职。
