研究领域

从事非细胞体系核重建研究,非细胞体系核重建即是在离体生理条件下进行细胞核装配的研究体系,这个体系为研究细胞核重建过程提供了可能。在非细胞体系核重建中通过改变非细胞体系组分,可以精确地研究细胞核重建过程及各组分在核重建中的作用,进而可对细胞分裂机制和周期调控机制进行研究。
