研究领域


研究兴趣包括相分离和三维功能基因组相关的基因表达调控机理。以早期胚胎干细胞和癌症细胞为模型,运用基因组学、蛋白质组学、生物信息学、计算机模拟、CRISPR基因编辑、光学成像和生物化学等多学科技术开展基因调控凝聚体的分子机理、动态变化和疾病的相关研究。主要致力于:1,染色质凝聚体和调控因子的系统鉴定。2,单细胞和全基因组水平上染色质凝聚体装配与动态调控。3,研究干细胞命运决定,细胞周期以及疾病发生过程中的染色质凝聚体的分子机制和结构基础 。
