个人简历
1986年获武汉大学化学系硕士；1994年获北京大学药学院药物化学专业博士；1998-1999年韩国汉城大学医学院药理系博士后；1986年至今北京大学药学院化学生物学系助教、讲师、副教授，教授。主要从事: 新药研究、抗癌药物作用机理研究. 1999年至现在全面主持负责了创新抗肿瘤药物乙烷硒啉所有临床前研制工作，是北京大学法人授权的乙烷硒啉研制中心团队的总负责人；成功负责主持完成了创新抗肿瘤药物乙烷硒啉的临床前研制，成功负责组织临床申报，是药物IND文件总撰稿负责人和文件总负责人，2007年获SFDA批准2项化学一类药物临床批件（批件号：2007L04738，2007L04741）。是创新药物乙烷硒啉分散片临床研究申报方技术要求代表和非临床研究技术支持总负责人。2009年获得国家重大新药品种负责和参与的课题立项2项。
