个人简历
男,副教授,生于1984年,中共党员,博士研究生学历,博士学位。于2010年访问比利时欧洲微电子设计中心进行纳米级集成电路研究;于2014年赴美国德克萨斯州德州农工大学进行电气与计算机工程专业博士后深造。长期作为IEEE Trans. Circuits Syst. I、IEEE Trans. Circuits Syst. II、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics、Microelectronics Journal、International Journal of Electronics等国外高水平期刊及会议的审稿人,多次受邀为国际会议TPC成员。获奖情况1.A 1.6-V 25-μA 5-ppm/℃ Curvature-Compensated Bandgap Reference论文曾获IEEE机构IEEE CDS Best Student Paper Award奖项。2.《微电子电路设计》课程曾获四川省精品课程奖项研究领域
