个人简历

男，研究员，生于1979年，中共党员，研究生学历，博士学位。1996年至2003年在南京气象学院大气科学系学习，分别获气象学专业学士和硕士学位。2003年至2006年在中科院大气物理研究所学习，获气象学专业博士学位。现任国家气候中心气候变化室主任，气候变化与低碳发展委员会副主任委员，统计气象学和气候预测委员会委员,中国气象局科技领军人才。
