个人简历


2009年本科毕业于重庆大学车辆工程专业,获NSF美国国家自然科学奖学金全额资助赴托莱多大学攻读博士学位,2016年8月起任教于长安大学机械学院,从事教学科研工作

研究领域


主要从事科学基础研究:
1.复杂曲面难加工材料超精密制造方法研究;
2.材料摩擦磨损行为与去除机理研究。
主要从事技术应用研究:
1.面向半导体材料与芯片制造应用的超精密平面加工方法研究;
2.面向高度定制化生物医学植入物复杂曲面的超精密表面处理方法研究;
3.面向光学元器件的基于磁流变弹性体材料的弹性接触曲面加工方法研究;
4.面向超精密制造过程工艺优化与质量评价的机器学习预测模型研究
