He is the vice president of Chinese Academy of Cyberspace Studies, the secretary general of Cyber Security Association of China and the secretary general of the Organizing Committee of the High-level Advisory Council of the World Internet Conference. He has been engaged in the research and practice of cyber law, cybersecurity and Internet governance for more than 15 years.
