朱斌，江苏南京人. 东南大学学士、博士，清华大学博士后，香港科技大学研究助理，现就职于北京理工大学管理与经济学院，管理科学与工程系，预聘助理教授，特别副研究员，博士生导师. 研究方向包括决策分析，优化等. 在国际期刊，如EJOR, IEEE-TFS, FSS, INS等发表论文20余篇. 担任Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering（SCI）编辑，EJOR, DSS, INS等20余种国际刊物审稿人，6th IJCCI Session Chair，1th ITQM PC Member，IEEE Member. 作为负责人主持国家自然科学基金一项，参与国家自然科学基金重大项目，国家杰出青年科学基金等国家自科项目.
