主要从事飞秒激光非线性光谱、成像研究。利用飞秒激光泵浦-探测光谱、瞬态吸收显微成像、超快荧光光谱及成像技术、时间分辨荧光动力学等方法研究超快激光微纳制造过程中光子-材料相互作用机制,用于解决国家重大需求中的微纳制造基础前沿问题。研究半导体材料及光电器件中的“纳米-微米级空间尺度”和“飞秒-微秒级时间尺度”内的载流子传输、电荷转移和能量传递等过程及其机制"研究项目:
