魏一鸣,教育部教授(2008年)、国家杰出青年科学基金获得者(2004年)、国家自然科学基金创新研究群体“能源经济与气候政策”学术带头人。现任北京理工大学副校长,北京理工大学能源与环境政策研究中心主任,能源经济与环境管理北京市重点实验室主任。兼任中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会副理事长、能源经济与管理研究分会理事长等。受邀担任9 份国际期刊编委或副编辑。曾任中国科学院科技政策与管理科学研究所副所长(2000-2008年)、研究员。

长期从事管理系统工程研究和教学,在能源经济预测与决策建模、资源与环境管理、灾害风险评估、能源经济与气候政策等
