个人简历
梁巧梅,管理学博士(2007年)。曾任中国科学院科技政策与管理科学研究所助理研究员。 现任北京理工大学管理与经济学院教授、博士生导师,校能源与环境政策研究中心气候经济与政策研究室主任。 2014年度国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金获得者。入选教育部新世纪优秀人才及北京市优秀人才支持计划。 长期从事管理科学的研究工作,主要研究方向为能源经济复杂系统建模与能源环境政策。承担国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑计划、欧盟FP7等重要科研任务20余项。在国内外重要学术期刊发表论文30余篇,其中SCI/SSCI期刊论文18篇。合著中英文专著6部。发表的英文论文累计被他人引用500余次(Google Scholar),累计被他人SCI/SSCI论文引用200余次(ISI),一作单篇SCI/SSCI他引最高85次。曾被世界著名出版集团 Elsevier 列入“2004-2008年度Elsevier经济学期刊引用率最高的中国大陆作者文章”,相关成果曾连续两年半成为Journal of Policy Modeling期刊最热门 25 篇文章(Top 25 Hottest Articles)之一。另有2篇论文被IPCC第五次评估报告引用,1篇论文被ESI收录。部分成果被路透社等多家主流媒体报道。曾获全国优博论文提名奖、北京市优博论文、中科院院长优秀奖、教育部科技进步奖等荣誉奖励近期论文
