个人简历
工作经历2008年毕业于中国科学院物理研究所,获得理学博士学位。随后在中国科学院微电子研究所,开展GaN基微电子材料、高频功率器件与单片集成电路研究。2012年9月进入中国科学院北京纳米能源与系统研究所,任副研究员,硕士生导师,主要从事宽禁带半导体光机电耦合效应及其新型功能器件研究。2016年11月起加入北京科技大学应用物理系,任副教授,硕士生导师。目前重点集中于半导体光电子阵列与微显示技术、磁光机电多场耦合物理与新型多功能器件,并面向多功能自驱动智能传感、人机交互、柔性光机电一体化集成、高效光电转换与能源收集等领域中的应用。现主持国家自然科学基金项目一项和中科院人才项目一项,2015年入选中国科学院青年创新促进会会员,曾以核心骨干参与并完成了GaN基材料和光电器件方面核高基、973计划和国家自然科学基金重大项目等多项课题。至今已在SCI收录杂志上发表论文40余篇,多项创新性成果发表在Advanced Materials、ACS Nano、Nano Energy等国际权威期刊上,申请发明专利13项,授权9项,参加重要国际会议报告6次研究领域
