大连理工大学和日本东京大学联合培养博士,2015年5月获工学博士学位;2015年5月进入北京科技大学冶金与生态工程学院从事博士后工作;2018年1月进入北京科技大学冶金与生态工程学院有色金属冶金系工作任讲师。主要从事太阳能级多晶硅材料提纯、生长研究,目前已经在国内外期刊会议发表论文30余篇、出版专著1部。研究领域
