2009年至今：北京交通大学电信学院，宽带无线移动通信研究所，副教授，教授，博士研究生导师。
2007年至2009年：诺基亚（中国）投资有限公司，诺基亚研究中心，高级研究员。负责LTE的标准化、诺基亚与高校合作项目、D2D等前瞻性技术的研究。
2000年至2003年，首都信息发展股份有限公司北京宽带网络多媒体实验室，研发工程师。负责Cable Modem的硬件及固件的开发。
