"专业方向为组织行为学与人力资源管理开发，主要的研究兴趣在于将管理学和心理学相结合的组织行为学研究以及人力资源管理实践有效性研究，目前主要的研究领域包括团队有效性、员工个人特征与工作绩效、领导行为、非人力资源经理的人力资源管理、职业倦怠与压力管理、职业生涯管理、胜任力模型、人才测评等。"
