北京航空航天大学经管学院副教授、硕士生导师，清华大学工学博士，美国路易斯安那州立大学（LSU）和澳大利亚斯威本科技大学访问学者，具有管理学和英语双学士学位、通过英语专业八级考试。\r

当选中国管理现代化研究会工程管理优秀青年教师、北航人文社科拔尖人才、北航校级优秀硕士论文指导教师、北航学院优秀导师、清华大学学术新秀、清华大学优秀毕业生、清华大学优秀博士学位论文获奖者等荣誉称号。研究成果获广东省科技进步一等奖（省部级）、中国建筑集团科学技术一等奖（省部级）、中国铁道学会科技三等奖（省部级）、中国系统工程学会优秀博士学位论文奖（国家一级学会奖励）、上海铁路局科技进步二等奖等奖励。相关教学成果获北京航空航天大学教学成果二等奖，主讲的本科核心专业课《项目管理概论》入选北京航空航天大学一流本科课程。
