研究领域


"加速试验技术是解决高可靠长寿命产品可靠性增长、寿命指标评价验证等问题的重要手段。作为一种认知产品在时间和应力作用下的性能退化/失效规律的科学方法,加速试验在实施过程中受成本、时间、技术等因素的限制,必然会存在诸多不确定性。同时,由于内部结构、运行条件、工作历程等共同因素,产品多种失效机理交互影响,还存在一定的相依性。本人针对加速试验技术中存在的上述不确定性和相依性问题,开展了加速试验建模评价、方案优化等关键技术攻关研究和实验平台开发搭建工作。"
