"1)生物制造\r重点研究以生物作为模板来制造功能材料、结构以及表面的生物制造新工艺、新方法,如复合功能微粒制造技术、薄膜沉积工艺、功能材料设计及可控制造技术等。相关技术已经成功应用于电磁吸波材料、雷达隐身材料等领域。\r\r2)微纳米制造\r将生物技术与常规微纳米制造技术相结合,通过有限元仿真、微细加工工艺及分析手段研究复杂微纳米多级结构制造工艺、功能特性及其应用,如微流体芯片、生物传感器等。\r\r3)仿生设计制造 \r主要研究仿生功能结构设计及制造技术。"近期论文
