""细胞具有将化学信息从外环境向胞内应答转换的各种机制"""细胞具有将化学信息从外环境向胞内应答转换的各种机制。特异性受体蛋白存在于细胞膜,能与配体如激素或神经递质结合,可导致细胞内第二信使的生成,首个被发现的第二信使是cAMP。同样,受体激活也可以通过调动钙库引发细胞内钙的升高,肌醇三磷酸(IP3)的发现正式确立了第二信使在钙动员细胞信号的中心作用。我们的成果确立了胞内钙库可以由IP3以外的其他两个信使分子经由完全独立的途径调动"近期论文
