"""""1、功能化分子识别新材料的设计合成:\r我们为不同的检测目标体系“量身定做”特异性分子识别材料,利用化学的手段模拟生物分子间特异性的识别作用,采用分子印迹的原理设计和合成“人工受体”亲和吸附材料,既可以用于复杂体系的选择性分离、纯化和富集,也可以作为识别元件与信号转化元件相耦合,实现识别与传感一体化。\r为了能更好地模拟生物分子间的非共价、可逆的多位点协同作用,我们也同时搭建了完整的分子生物学实验平台,可以根据不同需求构建表达重组蛋白和制备单克隆及多克隆抗体,进而获取各种生物分子的核心识别片段,为深入开展分子间识别作用机理研究提供全面的基础。\r\r2、新型光学生物传感器的构建开发:\r我们系统开展均相体系中光学生物传感检测方法的研究。一方面开发和利用小分子-蛋白-核酸间的相互作用特点构建新的分子识别体系,同时引入新型的纳米功能材料,改进和提高方法的灵敏度、稳定性、时间和空间分辨率及生物相容性,为原位、实时检测目标分子提供可靠的方法。\r\r3、微流控芯片上的生化分析:\r对于生物体内关键物质产生和变化的动态观测,依赖于微环境下扰动少、响应快的检测手段,我们利用微流控芯片平台研究在微环境下的生化反应特点和动态检测技术,为了解细胞表面和细胞内活性物质的分布、转化规律提供有效的方法。"近期论文
