研究领域


实验室主要研究兴趣为:癌症基因组学高通量测序数据的产生、建模、实验验证,目的是寻找个体化癌症医疗中新的致病和治疗机制,以及预测个体化用药效果的统计建模。代表研究项目包括底层数据分析,如使用高通量测序技术,精确地找出癌症样本中的发生的各种变异;整合性数据分析,如拷贝数、基因表达、小RNA 等癌症变异之间的调控关系、它们怎样帮助理解病理和预测治疗效果。
