个人简历


刘知于美国哥伦比亚大学商学院(Columbia Business School, Columbia University in the City of New York)获得商业管理硕士和管理学博士。
其多项研究成果发表于管理学、社会心理学和跨文化心理学领域的国际顶级期刊上,包括Annual Review of Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Research in Organizational Behavior, Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, Journal of Cross-Cultural Psychology, Academy of Management Best Proceedings等。在管理学与心理学领域顶尖国际会议上发表二十余篇论文、主持论坛,并五次获得最佳论文奖、最佳论坛奖、最佳国际论文奖等国际学术奖励。
她在光华管理学院为本科生、博士生、中英文MBA和经理人等项目教授《管理学》、《组织行为学》、《组织与管理》、《团队打造与领导之道》、《批判思维与商业伦理》、《组织社会责任与商业道德》、《管理研究方法与设计》、《实验设计与分析》、《多元统计与结构方程模型》等课程。曾在新加坡南洋理工大学南洋商学院和哥伦比亚大学商学院参与教授《管理学基础》、《组织领导》、《个人、团体和组织的领导》、《权力与影响力》、《管理谈判》等课程。
刘知先后获得国家自然科学基金青年项目(主持)、国家自然科学基金重点项目(参与)以及光华思想力项目(主持)的资助。担任过Journal of International Business Studies, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, Journal of Cross-Cultural Psychology, Management and Organization Review, Social Justice Research, Asian Journal of Social Psychology, Frontiers in Psychology, Human Relations, Cross Cultural and Strategic Management, 《心理学报》、《心理科学进展》、《管理学季刊》等国内外一流学术期刊的匿名评审。她曾在管理咨询与文化设计公司工作。
