细胞表面受体是全球60%药物的靶标。本课题组长期致力于细胞表面受体的分子与结构药理学研究:以结构生物学技术为重要手段,结合分子生物学、生物化学和生物物理学的技术和方法,在原子分辨率水平上揭示肿瘤转移和自闭症谱系障碍(Autism Spectrum Disorders, ASD)等神经精神性疾病相关的细胞表面受体跨膜信号转导的结构机制,阐明它们功能异常以及导致疾病的分子基础;基于结构发现调节它们功能的分子工具(包括单克隆抗体),试图确证新的药物靶标,或者解决耐药性等药理学问题。近期论文
