教育经历:1983年获大连理工大学工程材料学士学位1986年获大连理工大学实验力学硕士学位1993年获法国巴黎高等工艺制造中央学院复合材料力学博士学位 工作经历1986-1988:北京铁道科学研究院金属与化学研究所研究实习员1994-1996:北京大学力学与工程科学系固体力学博士后1996-2005:北京大学工学院力学与工程科学系副教授、教授2006-至今:北京大学工学院材料科学与工程系教授 目前任职:北大先进技术研究院常务副院长北大科学研究部副部长 北京大学力学与工程科学系先进复合材料中心主任北京大学工学院教授背景资料:长期从事高聚物基复合材料力学行为的实验研究,在纤维增强、颗粒填充和共混高聚物复合材料领域取得了一些重要的研究成果。到目前为止,已经发表杂志和会议论文约60篇,其中SCI收录30篇,SCI收录论文总引用78篇次,其中他人引用47篇次,自引31篇次。应邀为国外学术期刊Composites Science and Technology,Composite-A,Polymer Testing, Materials Science and Engineering-A审稿。译著《先进纤维增强复合材料性能测试》,白树林,戴兰宏,张庆明译,【英】J. M. Hodgkinson主编,化学工业出版社,2005年9月。从事以下课题研究:含夹杂复合材料界面损伤成核和演化机理的实验研究(自然科学基金),刚性颗粒填充高聚物复合材料界面性能的研究(自然科学基金),纳米粒子填充高聚物复合材料的力学行为(自然科学基金),共混/填充高聚物体系的动态力学行为(自然科学基金),高分子合金的塑性变形机制(国际合作项目),NY9200G/T300复合材料层压板加速老化和寿命预测试验(航空工业项目)。目前所授课程有:《工程材料概论》,《固体力学实验》,《材料力学行为》。与澳大利亚悉尼大学、法国南锡矿业大学和日本北九州大学建立了合作关系。主持召开了两届“China-Europe Symposium on Processing and Properties of Reinforced Polymers”。获得荣誉:2002年入选教育部优秀青年教师计划2004入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划近期论文
