个人简历


董志兵,男,湖北鄂州人,1980年生。教授、博士,“楚天学者计划”楚天学子特聘教授,化学与环境工程学院副院长。2007年9月-2008年9月赴德国慕尼黑大学从事访问研究(导师是德国科学院院士、法国科学院院士、巴伐利亚科学院院士PaulKnochel教授);2008年12月博士毕业(德国慕尼黑大学和南开大学联合培养博士);2010年3月2011年3月,日本东京大学理学院ShuKobayashi(小林修)教授小组博士后;2011年3月-2012年4月,在德国亚琛工业大学有机所Carstenbolm教授(JOC副主编)小组从事洪堡学者研究;2013年9月-2014年9月,在武汉大学做访问学者(合作导师:雷爱文教授,省教育厅青年骨干教师计划);2017年11月-2018年10月,在德国慕尼黑大学做访问学者(合作导师:PaulKnochel教授德国洪堡基金会、中国留学基金委、德国西门子基金会共同资助);2012年5月-至今,“楚天学者计划楚天学子特聘教授。长期从事有机合成方法学及其应用研究,用以合成有药物活性的化合物以及开发功能性新材料,已经在《OrganicLetters)、、《GreenChemistry》、《Chemistry-AEuropeanJournal》《EuropeanJournalofOrganicChemistry.》、《TetrahedronLetters》、《Synthesis,》《JournalofOrganometallicChemistry》等主流刊物上发表了研究论文50余篇(均被SCI收录)。先后主持国家自然科学基金、教育部、科技厅、教育厅等纵向项目7项。研究小组和德国、日本、韩国、法国以及国内科研院所的同行保持紧密的合作和交流。小组经费充足,各种化学试剂种类已达100种,实验室硬件设施良好,能满足有机合成的常规操作。目前的管理和运作模式均参考欧洲实验室。本组培养的硕士生、本科」生多次获得国家奖学金、特等奖学金,在各级比赛中均取得了优秀的成绩。

主要研究方向:主要从事有机合成方法学研究,用以合成有药物活性的化合物以及开发功能性新材
1)过渡金属催化的CC,CN,CO以及C-S键形成反应;
2)金属有机试剂参与的有机化学反应;
3)功能性配合物的设计合成以及不对称催化
4)多组分串联反应、水相有机合成
