1998-2002西南大学(学士),2002-2007中国科学院大学生命科学学院(生态学博士),2007-2009中国科学院大学资源与环境学院博士后,2009-2011澳大利亚格里菲斯大学博士后,2011-2012 中国科学院研究生院副教授(项目聘用),2012-2013新西兰皇家林业研究所博士后,2013-2016澳大利亚格里菲斯大学讲师,2016年至今华东师范大学教授。

研究领域


微生物生态学、全球变化生态学、城市生态学
主要工作成绩:研究工作主要聚焦在土壤微生物生态学方面,在土壤甲烷氧化及其微生物机制等方面开展了较系统的研究。(1)创新性地提出了环境胁迫-乙烯-土壤甲烷氧化的概念模型,通过室内和野外实验验证了模型,建立了调控土壤甲烷氧化的新方向; (2) 量化了全球变化和人类活动对土壤甲烷氧化能力对相对贡献; (3) 阐明了稀有微生物类群在土壤功能中的重要性,深化了植物-土壤微生物互作机制。""
