个人简历


研究内容
1) 土壤污染过程与生物修复:采用DGT、同步辐射和根际微生物组学等技术,重点研究重金属与持久性有机污染物在土壤-植物-微生物系统中的多介质多界面过程及微生物强化植物根际修复的分子机制;
2)海岸带微塑料污染特征及其与生物膜的相互作用:采用NanoSIMs、稳定性同位素探针及宏基因组学等技术,重点揭示海岸带环境中微塑料表面生物膜的形成动态及其对微塑料理化性质和微生物群落结构与多样性的影响机制,以及对污染物和病原微生物的载体效应及环境风险。

涂晨,国际“未来地球海岸(Future Earth Coasts)”计划国际项目办公室(中国)科学专员,国际植物技术学会常务理事,中国土壤学会环境微塑料工作组委员兼秘书, International Journal of Phytoremediation期刊高级编委。主要从事土壤污染过程与生物修复、海岸带微塑料污染及其与生物膜相互作用机制等方面的研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上和青年项目、国家重点研发计划项目子课题以及国家863计划重大项目子课题等科研任务6项,在Journal of Hazardous Material, Geoderma, Chemosphere等国内外环境科学与土壤科学著名期刊发表论文70余篇,其中SCI收录40余篇,论文总被引757次;参与出版著作10部,申请国家发明专利10项,获授权7项;多次应邀赴德国莱布尼兹波罗的海研究所(2019)、美国国家环境保护局(2017)、爱尔兰科克大学(2016)、美国国家地质调查局(2015)、希腊国家海洋研究中心(2014)、法国国家科研中心(2012)、日本国立农业环境技术研究所(2011)等国外科研机构开展合作研究和学术交流活动;曾获中国土壤学会科学技术奖一等奖(2016)、江苏省科学技术奖二等奖(自然科学类)(2012)等。
