利用质谱技术建立新的快速的研究生物体内痕量脂质化合物的分析方法,以及利用鸟枪法脂质组学的平台在不同疾病模型(糖尿病,老年痴呆症等)中的应用,为研究疾病的发病机理提供强有力的依据和研究方向
