个人简历


汉族,二级教授、研究员,博士(日本国立岐阜大学)、博士生导师,中央民族大学学科带头人。当选为中国植物学会理事、中国野生植物保护协会民族植物学专业委员会主任、中国植物学会民族植物学分会副理事长、中国环境学会生态与自然保护分会副理事长、中国生态学会民族生态专业委员会副主任委员、北京生态学学会常务理事、国际民族生物学会理事等职,曾任国家重大科学工程中国西南野生生物种质资源库总工程师、云南省农业厅厅长助理。应邀担任Journal of Ethnobiology and Ethnomedicine副主编、Genetic Resources and Crop Evolution和Archives of Pharmacal Research等SCI期刊编委,以及《生物多样性》等5份国内核心期刊编委。
先后获省部级及以上级别奖励和荣誉20项,其中云南省自然科学一等奖1项(排名第一)、云南省科技进步一等奖1项(排名第二),云南省自然科学二等奖2项(排名分别为第二和第四),2005年获Society of Ethnobotanists哈什伯杰奖Harshberger Medal,1996年获联合国教科文组织人与生物圈计划“青年科学家奖”(UNESCO-MAB Young Scientist Award)。享受国务院政府特殊津贴;入选国家民委创新团队带头人、国家民委领军人才、云南省技术创新人才、贵州省高校候鸟型高层次人才、Society of Ethnobotanists会士(FES)。

研究领域


从事民族植物学、民族药物学和植物化学、生物多样性、植物种质资源、植物资源学、民族生态学、植物系统分类学等方面的基础和应用研究。
重点领域包括:①民族植物学调查和编目:抢救性地收集我国重要的传统植物学知识,进行规范化的调查、编目和数字化。②传统植物学知识的评价:对重要的传统植物学知识、传统遗传资源进行评价,探讨人文因素对生物多样性的影响。③民族药种质资源及其药效物质基础研究:对重要民族药种质资源进行评估,探索不同环境因子、不同管理方式影响生物活性物质形成的机制。
