学习与工作简历：
1989年7月毕业于云南大学生物系植物学专业；
1989年8月至1992年7月：中科院西双版纳热带植物园从事植物种质资源保护工作；
1992年8月至1997年2月：中科院昆明植物研究所攻读硕士、博士学位；
1997年3月至2001年5月：澳大利亚阿得莱德大学（UniversityofAdelaide,Australia）攻读“世界樟科植物木姜子属群系统学研究”方面的博士学位，于2001年5月完成学业并取得博士学位；
2001年6月至今：中科院西双版纳热带植物园从事植物系统发育和保护生物学等领域的研究工作，任“植物系统发育与保护生物学研究组”课题组组长；期间开展了以下国际合作研究工作：
2004年4月：在2004国家自然科学基金和德国科学基金的联合资助下，到德国UniversityofHamburg开展合作研究；
2005年8月至2006年1月：在2005年中科院“出国留学基金”资助下，到美国MissouriBotanicalGarden开展合作研究；
2006年8月至11月：在“英文版中国植物志”项目资助下，到美国哈佛大学HarvardHerbaria开展合作研究。
