蛋白质的翻译后修饰(post-translational modifications, PTM),如磷酸化、泛素化、乙酰化等,在细胞信号转导过程中发挥重要调控作用。在免疫细胞中,特定的PTM修饰可通过影响信号蛋白分子的降解、蛋白-蛋白之间相互作用,蛋白转运等,进而调节免疫细胞的发育、存活和活化等。因此,发现并解析特定PTM在免疫细胞中的功能对于免疫相关疾病病理机制的认识,以及疾病的防治具有重要意义。我们主要聚焦PTM的动态调控作用,利用遗传突变小鼠及相应病理模型,结合临床病人样品,主要研究:1. 免疫细胞活化及相关炎症与自身免疫性疾病中的调节功能与分子机制2. 肿瘤病理过程中免疫学特征、分子机制与免疫干预策略3. 中枢神经系统免疫调节及其炎症反应过程中的病理与分子机制""近期论文
