干细胞、肿瘤、免疫、自身免疫性疾病
1. 间充质干细胞的免疫调节:间充质干细胞在组织修复中具有重要作用,而损伤组织与炎症反应密切相关。因此,了解间充质干细胞与免疫细胞之间的作用关系是必要的。我们已经发现,炎症因子赋予间充质干细胞免疫调节能力,并且这种免疫调节能力具有“可塑性”。我们的研究将系统阐明间充质干细胞与免疫之间的相互作用及机制,相关研究成果对于理解多种免疫性疾病的病理机制和探寻相关疾病的治疗新策略具有重要意义。
2. 肿瘤免疫调控:免疫监视是控制肿瘤发生发展的关键。随着研究的不断进展,免疫疗法成为继手术治疗、放化疗之外的肿瘤治疗的另一重要研究方向。虽然已有许多免疫疗法在肿瘤治疗过程中显示出一定的疗效,但却无一被证实能够治愈肿瘤。我们的研究重点将集中在肿瘤基质(即癌细胞生存的土壤)上,以其了解肿瘤微环境中免疫反应调控的具体机制。
3. 免疫细胞代谢调控:促炎和抑炎的免疫细胞具有不同的代谢偏好,研究表明胞内的代谢活动不仅为免疫细胞提供了能量,也决定了免疫细胞的功能。我们的研究旨在一方面解析代谢对免疫细胞的功能的调控机制,另一方面开发靶向免疫细胞代谢的新策略来治疗免疫失调性疾病。
4. 不同T细胞亚群的活化诱导细胞凋亡(AICD)过程及机制:T细胞受抗原刺激后会迅速增殖,并伴随细胞死亡。因此,了解不同T细胞群体的死亡机制对控制传染病、癌症和自身性免疫疾病具有重要意义。""
