研究领域


1)发现新型非编码RNA分子促进膀胱癌淋巴结转移的分子机制。首次发现长链非编码RNA linc-UBC1表达与膀胱癌患者淋巴转移及预后相关。我们在102例膀胱癌组织标本中检测linc-UBC1表达发现,linc-UBC1过表达与膀胱癌淋巴结转移相关,随访结果表明linc-UBC1过表达患者无转移生存及总生存率均下降。研究提示linc-UBC1有希望作为预测预后的分子指标,筛查出高危患者进行更积极的治疗。提出并证实linc-UBC1通过结合PRC2复合物并调控组蛋白H3K27甲基化修饰调控下游基因表达的分子机制。 2)发现长链非编码RNA lncRNA-UNMIBC过表达与膀胱癌复发相关。通过研究发现膀胱癌组织中lncRNA-UNMIBC过表达的患者,术后将更容易复发,其机制可能是通过与染色质修饰复合物结合调控下游靶基因组蛋白修饰和表达,进而影响肿瘤的细胞周期调控。非浸润性膀胱癌术后复发率较高,该研究结果对于筛选高复发风险患者进行个体化膀胱灌注治疗提供了理论依据。
